香蔥溫泉玉子飯

日本雞蛋 1隻
即食韓國紫菜 適量
蔥 適量
白芝麻 適量
燒肉醬汁(牛角醤油だれ/エバラ 焼肉のたれ醤油味/叙々苑 焼肉のたれ<特製>) 適量
白飯 約1碗
燜燒杯

煮飯；徹底浸泡沖洗蔥，瀝乾水分並切成蔥花備用，
白芝麻放入白鑊烘香備用，
撕碎紫菜備用，
先用廚房紙將整隻雞蛋包好，用水將整隻蛋連紙弄濕後放入無需預熱的燜燒杯；煲水煮到微微冒泡，不用大滾，靠著邊慢慢倒進燜燒杯；計時15分鐘；
用湯勺接著並將蛋倒出，淋一點食用水讓雞蛋降溫以敲開倒出溫泉蛋，
盛飯，淋上適量燒肉醬汁，放紫菜碎、溫泉蛋於飯面，灑上蔥花、芝麻，趁熱進食。
